Kelli's Krafts - Who Needs Creativity

I have a secret...you have to come close because I don't want this getting out...I.am.not.creative. No seriously. I do not have initial creativity, but can copy other people's creativity without any problems. With making cards there are so many ways to copy (it's called CASE...Copy And Share Everything) and there are a lot of guides (or sketches) available as well.

Since I need to make a bazillion cards for my upcoming craft fair I am utilizing these tools to help me along. Over the weekend I was able to use this site as a tool to crank out some cards. Here is one of my results (noting that this is, to date, my most favorite card that I've made so far):

Ta da! I used one of the sketches from the site linked above and I was able to come up with this card pretty quickly. Here's what I used (all items by Stampin Up!):

~ Pocket Silhouettes Stamp Set
~ Poppy Parade, Wild Wasabi & Whisper White card stock
~ Sunny Garden DSP (LOVE this paper)
~ Poppy Parade & Wild Wasabi ink
~ My Scallop Oval & 1-3/4 X 7/8 Inch Oval Punches

Here's a close up of the stamped images.

Another close up...the sentiment & you can see that the Wild Wasabi paper is SU's textured card stock.

Now that the secret is out we have to be friends for life :)

This card is GORGEOUS! No wonder you were so excited! I love it too!
I don't think you give yourself enough credit for being creative! It still takes creativity to come up with color schemes and embellishments, even if you use a template or a sketch.
I hope you do really well with your craft fair.:)

What a beautiful card! I am a lot alike in that I don't call myself a creative person but I'm good at replicating others' ideas :) I always get labeled creative, though, HA! Your secret is safe with me!
