miscellany monday

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters
Happy Monday Friends!  We have a crazy week ahead of us as we prepare for the new school year.  We have been school supply shopping and we are soaking up the last few days of summer.

Here are a few random things going on in my world:

1.  See this guy:
I may have to refer back to this post to remember what he looks like because he informed me that he has joined three fantasy football leagues...THREE!  Now, don't get me wrong...I love football.  However, fantasy leagues mean time checking stats, changing rosters, and trying to keep up with all of the games.  x3  I'll miss you Rondell :)

2.  Peaches from a Peach!  I am SO excited because my friend Jodie brought me two jars of canned peaches.  I absolutely love peaches, peach pie, peach crisp, peach cobbler, peach bread...get the picture?  I was not able to attempt canning them this year and she was sweet enough to share her supply with me.

Aren't they beautiful?

3.  Nothing As Good As the Original.  My name is Kelli and I love Kraft Cheese and Macaroni.  Apparently I'm particular about my Kraft because recently Rondell bought a few different kinds...three cheese...grilled cheese flavor.  BLAH!  He has since gone back to the store to exchange them for The Original...nothing like it :)

4.  The Big Reveal!  This week I am doing something I am terrified to do...opening my etsy store.  I planning on adding a few cards initially and then adding as time goes on.  I know there will be some trial and error during this process.  I pray that I can be organized.  If any of you have any tips I would love to hear them.

I will post the link as soon as I have everything up and ready to go.

3 (!) Fantasy Leagues. Wow. (I do one, do you?) And I love love peaches, it sounds like, about as much as you. I made a tasty peach cobbler last night. Yummo.
Happy Monday to you too!

I chuckled outloud when I read your first point. You're funny. You just email and call me during those months....:)

And I am so EXCITED for your ETSY store. I'm going to have to tweet and tell all my friends about it when it opens. Hmmmm...friday favorites, perhaps?

Have a wonderful Monday.

Can't wait for your Etsy store to open! I know I will want to purchase cards for Kelsie's teacher for Christmas! :-)

Hmm...fantasy football...nah. I am so thankful that Zack doesn't like that sorta thing.

I am with you Kraft original is the best. Although I do love the Velveeta Shells because this is what my grandmother used to always make. It was phenomenal. I can't ever make it like she did! Wished she were around to ask her what she did differently.

I love peaches! Yummy...peach crisp...makes me want to make some! ;-)

Oh dear girl.... I can hardly stomach Kraft!!! But I have to tell you, the other day on Pinterest I saw a pic of a Kraft Mac & Cheese box and it had an arrow pointing to the top corner where you are supposed to punch in on the dotted lines to open... the caption read "LIES" :) That thing never works, you gotta rip the whole top off!

You're TOTALLY right. Absolutely NOTHING better than a good ol' bowl of Mac & Cheese. The original is better than the rest! And those peaches look DELICIOUS!

I was on the road yesterday, picking up my girlie, so I didn't get a chance to check blogs yesterday.

I can't believe Rondell has THREE fantasy teams. Holy moly!

The peaches? Heaven in a jar. Mm. :o)

The cards? Beautiful! I can't wait to visit your shop! :o)

Those peaches do look soooo good. I wont tell you (ha) that I just enjoyed a piece of my mil's peach pie she made us:) Delish! Perfection:)

Your etsy store will be wonderful-no worries there!

I too, know all about multiple fantasy leagues. Hubs himself is in two or three. I just try to make the best of it, but this year will have baby to keep me way busy.

Trying to catch up on Y&R right now...luv ya.
