Well Friends...another week, another incomplete list...sigh. I will say that we had something almost every night/day last week. I'm looking forward in my calendar and I don't see anything that will get in the way of finally having a completed list. No time to wallow...time to get busy. Here's the run down:
1. Clean around bed and nightstand...FAIL! What is it with this item? I did recently read this post and it got me more inspired.
2. Clean under sink of 1/2 bath...FAIL!
3. Make some cards for a few people I'm thinking about...DONE. The whole reason I started making cards is to send them just because, to give someone a little joy. I had gotten away from that a little bit so my plan is to start doing that more often. There were two ladies that were on my heart this week so I decided to send them a little joy.
4. Clean out fridge...DONE! I love a clean refrigerator. I washed out each bin and shelf and wiped down the inside of the fridge and freezer...much better.
5. Celebrate Jamison...DONE! She had a great time yesterday. We started the day by letting her have Toaster Strudel for breakfast and we gave her a card and the new Alicia Keys CD (that we jammed to on the way to the sitter). In the evening she and Rondell made cupcakes and then family came over for dinner and she opened gifts. We also give her a new bike! After dinner she had a few friends over for cupcakes. It was a nice way to celebrate my special girl.
She fell asleep last night in 2.5 seconds :)
This Week's To Do List
1. Clean around bed and night stand.
2. Clean under sink in 1/2 bath.
3. Put out Fall decorations (I can't believe it's almost October and I haven't done this).
4. Make this dessert recipe.
5. Have a date with Rondell...it's been too long.

Jamison's day sounds like it was awesome! I'm SUPER impressed you got your fridge cleaned out...mine needs to be clean really badly! And oh my goodness, those carmel apple cheesecake bars look so good! I did not need to see that!
Don't worry about the bedroom. I've been putting off and putting off sorting the girls' clothes and shifting around tubs and putting out the fall stuff and putting away summer stuff. I LOATHE that job. It's been on my To Do list for the past two weeks. I finally got a jump on it last night. Of course, the temps dropping might have encouraged me a bit...;o)
Hooray for a fun and wonderful day for Jamison! :o) New bikes are the BEST! :o)
We've been late in our fall decorating too. Last year I think I had decorated by September 1st, lol!
Don't be talkin' about failure, Kelli! I think it's amazing that you tackle so much each week!
You don't even want to see my nightstand. :(
Sorry you didn't complete your list like you had wanted...Life seems to get in the way all the time with things I want to do...Time just flies some days and before I know it, it's bed time! Good luck this week!!
That's why you keep your list...check it off when you can! I desperately need to clean out the fridge again...and the pantry! I'm losing steam on cleaning things out...but I'm trying to keep it going!
I can't believe it's almost October too! We need to get more decorations out! It just doesn't seem like Fall this year...it's been so warm, and no rain!
Good luck with the list next week...the most important sounds like date night! We don't make time for that, and I know it's important! Take care!
Well, even if the list does not get all checked out, at least you had good intentions. It will all get done eventually, right?
Hope you get a date and that it is perfect. Dates are the best and so rare with little ones around! : )
Sounds like you had so much fun celebrating your girl!
Oh, and I waved at you when I was in Columbus! : )
