~ I am thankful for the long weekend...I can't wait to hang out with my family and relax. And we have a few cookouts to attend so that will be really fun!
~ I am thankful that cooler (not cold) temps are here. The weather this weekend is supposed to be beautiful and I can't wait to be outside enjoying the sunshine.
~ I am thankful that my new BSF discussion leader is someone that I know. I can be shy (at times, really, I can) and so it will be nice to have a familiar face in my discussion group.
~ I am thankful for the encouraging (and convicting) words that I have read in Acts this week.
~ I am thankful that the sermon series on 1 Corinthians returns this week at church. It has been an interesting series...Pastor Steve has really been speaking Truth.

It has cooled off a little bit down here too...at least in the mornings! We are still getting into the 90's during the day though! Sounds like you have a great weekend planned. I think we are going to spend our weekend packing and cleaning!

I am hoping our Fall is "fall-ish". Usually it gets hot and then chilly in December. It sounds like you have a great weekend planned. Enjoy! :)

I am really looking forward to starting BSF this year.
And we've had it a teeny bit cooler in the morning too...but it's still blazing hot by lunch time!
