Thanking God on Friday!

~ I am thankful that God placed Aunt Roni in our lives. She has cared for my children since they were infants and I am grateful for that, more than words can say. She has decided to stop watching Jamison and Caleb at the end of the school year. While this news is somewhat devastating, I am so blessed to have had her care for my children for as long as she has been with us (and put up with my Type A mothering!).

~ I am thankful that I found and fell in love with Stampin Up! I never thought I'd want to make cards but it has been so rewarding. It is so nice to be able to make something personal for people.

Last week I placed two orders and the products will arrive next week...I can't be more excited. I ordered an entire set of ink pads (I got them for over 1/2 off because I'm in a Hostess Club, where you order every other month and in one of those months you are the assigned hostess, so you get free stamps and $ off your order), got three free stamp sets, and some cute things to use for the Valentines that I'm going to make.

~ I am thankful for my church arranging a collection for the people of Haiti.

Hooray for free stuff! Can't wait to see your Valentine's...we need to get started on that!

Sorry to hear that your Aunt Roni will no longer be watching the kiddos :( Dan's mom watched Alex when he was born and I worked full time...it's so nice to have family take care of your little ones. Hope all is well and you are able to make other arrangements! Have a wonderful weekend...root for the Colts on Sunday! haha!

I just wrote on Cindy Schmit (church) page (FB) that we should have a scrap night at NL! I would so be into that. Now..if I could just borrow someone's cricut machine.

I am very excited for the Haiti benefit at chuch. There has been some downturn in the news for the little babies some of my friends hav been trying to adopt and foster. Please keep them in prayer. The sooner those babies get HOME the better.

Blessings for you!

Oh yeah!! I LOVE my childcare provider too! I can't imagine what would happen if she told me she couldn't watch them anymore. :(

Getting the stuff for free helps makes these hobbies so much more affordable. I can't wait to see your Valentine projects.
Sorry to hear about Aunt Roni. I know how hard it is to find great childcare. I am still searching for someone to watch the new baby.
Have a fabulous weekend!
