Thanking God on Friday

** I am thankful for my sweet Caleb (and Jamison too, but this is a Caleb story). The other day I needed to go to Hobby Lobby for the adhesives for Jamison's invitations. Caleb told me that he wanted to come with me. I said "you want to go to Hobby Lobby?" He said "yes, I want to go to Hobbidy Lobbidy." It was so adorable. I had him say it a few more times just because I thought it was so cute.

** I am thankful that we got our basement done. I can't tell you how long I've wanted to do something with that space and how annoyed I would be each time I would go downstairs. Now I can see its potential of being a space that we can put to better use!

** I am thankful for Stampin Up! blogs. I have found some cute ideas for Jamison's party and I can't wait to share them with you...her party is only two weeks away.

** I am thankful that Jamison is off to a great start of school...and that her teacher is prompt in responding to my questions.

On this day I'm also remembering the events of 2001...I'll never forget those who were lost and those missing their loved ones.

Don't you love it when they say funny stuff like that! Henry called Red Lobster "Crab Lobster" for the longest time!

Hobbidy Lobbidy! I may start calling it that! Too cute!

Emma Jane says "bobbin da pooh" for Winnie the Pooh and I hope she never gets it right!

I love hobbity lobbity! It's one of my favorite stores!

Also...I get soooo frustrated when I go into my basement...I too will be thankful when it's a useable space!

I would love to hear Caleb saying that! So funny ;) Emily says 'askident' for accident...not that much different but still funny to me! CAn't wait to hear about Jamison's party, how fun!

Great job on your basement! That is a great accomplishment and will have some wonderful projects coming out of your new space! ;)
Have a great weekend!

I love it! Hobbidy Lobbidy, that's great! My girls {yes, even my seven year old} call a manicure a 'medicure'. I guess they think if having your toes polished is a pedicure, then having your nails polished is a medicure ;)

Did you have someone finish your basement for you? My husband swears he's going to do ours, and I really hope it actually happens. I have already envisioned how I'd decorate it and lay it out with a playroom and even room for my crafting. I'm glad to hear Jamison's year is off to a good start. ER starts preschool on Tuesday and I think I am more worried than she is.
