2 jars of Ragu (though, I may only use 1 or 1 1/2 jars next time)
1lb. of hamburger
2 bags of mozzarella
15oz of ricotta cheese
1 small tub of small curd cottage cheese (optional, I just love cottage cheese with my baked dishes)
Seasoning (I used Italian seasoning and a garlic/pepper blend...I'm sure you can use fresh herbs or other seasons to your liking.)
Boil shells as directed on box, let cool.
Brown hamburger, drain and add sauce. Let simmer.
In a bowl, combine 1 bag of mozzarella, tub of ricotta cheese, tub of cottage cheese and seasoning.Spread some of the sauce on bottom of 9x13 dish.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture and line in dish...as seen below:
Top with remaining sauce and other bag of mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
