Thanking God on Friday!

~ I am thankful for this beautiful weather we have been having. It makes my joy sing to have it just warm enough, with plenty of sunshine (and low humidity!). This weather will be perfect for all of our 4th of July events...a parade, Food, Fun & Fireworks at church, swimming, and a cookout at my mother-in-law's house.

~ I am thankful for Caleb telling me to read my Bible. Seriously, he did. I was getting ready to read a book the other night and he asked if it was my Bible. I told him "no" that it was just a book & he said "you don't need to read a book Mommy, you need to read your Bible." Isn't it amazing that God can use anyone to guide you...even my 3 year old.

~ I am thankful to be able to have a Girl's Night tonight with my friends Lyndsey and Amber...Eclipse here we come! I've only recently seen New Moon and I do find the movies pretty interesting so it will be fun to see the newest one in the theater.

~ I am thankful that Jamison was brave yesterday and put her face under the water when she went to the pool with her friend Hannah. I really want her to be comfortable in the water before she starts lessons (which I need to schedule soon).

~ I am thankful for an extra day off to spend with my favorite people.

Have a great weekend!!!

Aww..too cute about Caleb...and I get little signs through the girls a lot...sometimes I don't always listen and follow...so I need to do better..

I am jealous of that weather! I wished our nights were cool like y'alls. It would be a nice break from the daytime heat.

Swimming is such a tricky thing for kids...Kelsie was my water bug where as Kayla took longer to get used to it. I hope Jamison takes it on full force!

Have fun this weekend!!

Look at that gorgeous weather! We have had rain the last couple of days, but some beautiful sunshiney weather is in the forecast. Yay!

How sweet of Caleb to remind you about your Bible. My girls remind me nightly, and we usually read together, but it's easy to forget!

I sure hope you enjoyed your movie:) (ONly a bit of sarcasm here) LOL. I am hoping to have Andrew agree to let me go right after church even if I have to go by myself.

Your weather sounds like it is going to be awesome! I'm hoping we don't have any rain this weekend...we are planning to swim, cook out, and go to a fireworks show! I hope you had a great time last night...girls night out is so much fun!

That is so precious about Caleb. It is amazing how much the kids learn just by watching us. You know I am a huge fun of girls getting together. I don't know what I would do without my weekly girl get together.
I hope you had a fabulous July 4th.
