The kids and I are going to my friend Amber's house with my friend Lyndsey and her kids for a Halloween party. We're going to have snacks, games and maybe a craft. I made goodie bags for the kids and I'm really excited about how they turned out. Here's my tutorial:
I got the idea to make little pumpkins from a workshop I went to at Lisa's. For the pumpkins we made there we used Stampin Up!'s wide oval punch. I didn't want my pumpkins that big and I don't have any oval punches so I used my Cricut and cut out a bunch of 1 inch ovals out of orange card stock. I took three and layered them to give the pumpkin look. Can you tell? I have one in the middle and then used adhesive to adhere one on each side. After they were done I took an orange marker and outlined the edges...you'll be able to see that better in another picture.

Kelli! I love it- you take the time to do such cute stuff, rather than quickly make a bag like I would! Good for you!

So cute! I love all your creative ideas.
Super cute! I love the three ovals together -- it makes such a great pumpkin. Thanks for sharing your idea!

Those goody bags are so cute! I love the pumpkins....who knew you could make something so cute with just an oval punch!
Sick! You're SO crafty. I did do goodie bags for trick or treaters and put Bible verses inside with candy. Yours are much cuter though. Mine are Ziplocks. =)
You're tagged on my blog. Can't wait to hear what you have to say!
Oh, they turned out very cute!
Goodie bags yes, but didn't make them, I just stuck with the store bought stuff!
Love it. I am amazed at all the cute things you do for parties. I think this one is another hit!
Have a great day!
Super cute and doable!
