10 on 10 - 10/10/11

ten on ten button small

I am beyond excited to be able to participate in another 10 on 10 :)  I have the day off for Columbus Day.  This is the third time I have been able to do it and each time has been a lot of fun (see here and here).

Watching TV with Caleb (I may or may not have drifted off a time or two).  He is at home today with me because he does not have school on Mondays (Jamison does have school today).
Gotta clean out the tub before giving Caleb a bath.  I took Erin's advice too and cleaned the rest of the bathroom while he was in the tub...genius!
Taking a look outside to see all that needs to be raked...sigh.
Entering Mel's giveaway towards my 2012 Life Planner...you all know how I love my planner.
Having some Honey Baked Ham on Hawaiian rolls for lunch with my mom (and now there's some leftover for lunch tomorrow!).
Caleb helping Gramma Lee wash her car.
Finishing up my last BSF questions.
Welcoming home my favorite little girl...with apples for a snack :)
Admiring my new Stampin Up! goodies.  Isn't this the cutest bag.  My stamp club hostess gives one to each member to carry her stamping supplies...notice the cute K.
Frying chicken for the first time.  I used PW's recipe and it actually turned out pretty well.
Cheering on my god-daughter Jewel at her volleyball game.  We do not see her nearly as much as we should.

So that's my day...hope you enjoyed.

Kelli. I completely forgot to do 10 on 10 today!!
I love your set. Perfect that you got a day off.
I cleaned the bathroom this morning too. :)
Yummy lunch and my favorite is Caleb washing your mom's car!! That is so cute.
And you have super neat handwriting; those are my favorite (sharpie) pens- when I was in BSF I always had to have one to do my lesson with.

I linked up for 10 on 10 for the first time today and it is fun.
Loved your pictures!
Your kids are so cute. The car washing pic is sweet and your daughter is such a beauty!
Good luck on Mel's giveaway, but I gotta tell ya, I am really hoping it's me! ;)

I clean the bathroom when Celia's in the tub too. Great way to get it done quickly, and sometimes it's the only time you have!

Backyardigans is the best. Hands down my favorite kids show! Love your photos!

Fun photos! Especially the car washing one. :)

And, really, how are you supposed to stay awake during Backyardigans with all that singing?!

Great 10 on 10!

Hooray! You fried the chicken! :o) I LOVE fried chicken but don't like to deal with the mess afterward...I get Lissie to do it for me. ;o)

10 on 10 is such fun. I'm so glad you had a chance to participate again. :o)

I do the same thing...cleaning the bathroom while Kelsie's in the tub or shower. It's quick and painless. Plus I'm in there anyways. Might as well make it productive!

What an adorable bag! You look stylish carrying around your stampin' supplies in it, I'm sure.

I love this fun journal of your day. I want to learn to fry chicken. I have never done it either!

Caleb is really scrubbing that car...what a great helper he is!

sounds like a busy day...and i wish i still gave my kids baths...they are too old to need my help :-( that only means that the bathroom gets twice as messy! and giving ellie a bath is a workout...she is always trying to get out, ha!

your cooking always makes me so hungry...wish we were neighbors ;-)
it was fun reading about your day!
