All Things Loved in February

1. Spending lots of time with my honey. Rondell and I were able to have quality time two weekends in a row. This past weekend we went to dinner and a movie (we saw Cop Out and unless you like hearing the f-word every other sentence you might wanna pass on this one).

2. Valentine's Day. While I wasn't able to do the things that I would have liked (since my kids decided to have the worst stomach flu EVER that week) I still love this day. Missing out on things made me realize how I need to start planning earlier next year so that things will be prepared and in place.

3. Going to my sewing class. I was one of only two people in the class so the instructor had time to give us a lot of information and really help us learn our machines. I had so much fun practicing and I hope that it's the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

This post was inspired my G&D.

I bet you learned a ton in your sewing class! I really need to take one too. I am taking a photography class starting next week and I am so excited to learn a little more about my camera and taking better pictures!

I would love to learn to sew...there's so many things I'd love to try, but just don't plan or organize my time the way I should! Hope everyone's feeling better... wait... it's March already! haha! Hope you have a great Monday :)

Hi Kelly . . . believe me, there are days I don't want to lift a finger!

I have been doing a Bible Study with Beth Moore by DVD and have been thinking a lot about what she said, In whatever your job, do it for God. Which got me to thinking that when I don't lift a finger around my home, not only am I not taking care of my family and/or home, but I am not doing the "job" that God gave me to do to the best of my ability.

Believe me, today my body is screaming for me to curl up on the couch with a good book to read a few chapters and then take a nap.

The muffins are divine! I should send you some . . .

Hugs

I want to take a sewing class. I would love to learn!!

I love spending time with Zack. It's so hard for us to do anything like that {going out}, which means that we need to plan something out soon! I actually want to see that movie. The previews look hilarious!!

How are you like sewing classes? I never took a sewing class. Well, I took Home Ec in high school, but my only teacher was my mom. That woman knew her way around a sewing machine, let me tell you.

I know you're going to enjoy sewing on your machine. Wait until you get so good, you begin designing your own clothes to sew. I've done that a lot and it's nice knowing I'm wearing one-of-a-kind clothes.

I loved your post. Have a good one! :)

A sewing class sounds wonderful! (Hubby time does, too!)
I have a sewing machine that has been in the box more than out and I'd love to find classes somewhere to help me learn the ins and outs. I can sew a little, but nothing too fancy.

I need to take a sewing class. (Depending on the movie, I can stomach the bad language... Pulp Fiction, case in point.)
