I have never used cottage cheese in my lasagna...I will have to try that! Have you ever tried ravioli lasagna? It is really good but much faster than a traditional lasagna. Just use a combo of meat-filled and cheese-filled ravioli and layer sauce, ravioli, shredded mozarella and repeat. Voila, lasagna!
